Zayn started in marketing. Campaigns worked fine, but every client showed the same bottlenecks underneath: leads came in, and the back end dropped them. Disconnected tools. Manual handoffs. Missed follow-ups. He took on the systems work himself to plug those gaps. The automation work outgrew the marketing work, and over time the marketing side fell away entirely.

Pylon AI is the result. The thesis is straightforward: most businesses don't need another off-the-shelf SaaS subscription, they need a custom architecture that knows their data, their workflow, and their team. Pylon designs and deploys full-scale Claude Code systems that replace whole categories of manual work, cut operational headcount, and put the time back into the business.
